Residing in Philadelphia, the Live! Casino establishment, which manages the Stadium Casino in Pennsylvania, received a $10,000 penalty from the state’s gaming authority for allowing individuals access to prohibited zones.
The casino encountered difficulties due to two separate occurrences. Initially, a female individual covertly entered several restricted sections of the casino and hotel, pilfering belongings from employees.
Subsequently, a trio of gamblers managed to gain entry to a restricted area that lacked adequate security measures, subsequently entering the casino floor despite being instructed by security personnel to refrain from doing so.
The gaming board declared that these actions violated Pennsylvania’s casino regulations, resulting in the imposition of a fine upon Stadium Casino.
Furthermore, the board prohibited eight individuals from entering any casinos within the state due to their actions of leaving children unattended. The act of leaving children unsupervised at a casino in Pennsylvania is deemed illegal and can lead to severe repercussions.
One individual left five children, ranging in age from three to eleven, unattended in the parking lot of Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino while engaging in gambling activities for a duration of 25 minutes.
A female resident of Philadelphia was prohibited from entering the Parx Casino and Racetrack after she left a 12-year-old youngster unattended in her vehicle in the parking area while she engaged in slot machine play for 57 minutes.
A different woman was barred from the Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course in Pennsylvania after she left a 9-year-old child unsupervised in her car while she played slot machines for half an hour.
In separate incidents, a male individual was discovered to have left a 2-year-old child alone in the parking lot of the Presque Isle Downs and Casino while he placed wagers in the sportsbook. Another man was also forbidden from entering the establishment for leaving a child alone in his car for 8 minutes while he gambled at the Valley Forge Casino Resort.
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board also prohibited another man from entering the Wind Creek Bethlehem Casino after he left three children, aged 13, 12, and 10, alone in the parking lot while he watched table games for 12 minutes.
Another man was banned for leaving an 8-year-old child alone in his taxi service vehicle in the bus lot parking area at Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh while he placed bets in the sportsbook.
Furthermore, a man was placed on the involuntary exclusion list for leaving three children, ages 9, 6, and 5, alone in the parking lot of Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh while he played table games inside.
